entire stay due at time of booking, balance due in cash at check

Canceling 45 days or
more from arrival date results in a 50% return of deposit.

Canceling within 45
days of arrival date results in having total deposit forfeited.

In spring and fall,
three night minimum required.

In winter and
summer, five night minimum required.

No smoking allowed
in house.

We require a US$300
security deposit at check in. At check out, the money will be
refunded, subject to no damages.
